Data Deletion Request
Lyrical Video Maker does not require an account, and your photos, music and videos are never uploaded to our servers. Most of your data exists only on your own device.
1. Delete data stored on your device
- Open your phone's Settings → Apps → Lyrical Video Maker → Storage.
- Tap Clear storage / Clear data to remove drafts, cache and settings.
- Or simply uninstall the App to remove all app data.
- Videos you exported are saved in your gallery (usually in the Movies/Lyrical Video Maker folder). Delete them from your gallery or file manager if you wish.
2. Request deletion of analytics & diagnostic data
Limited, anonymous analytics and crash data may be held by Google Firebase on our behalf. To request that we delete it:
- Email support@digitalindia.support with the subject "Data Deletion Request – Lyrical Video Maker".
- If possible, include the App ID shown in the App under Settings → About, so we can locate your data.
- We will confirm your request and delete the associated data within 30 days.
3. What is deleted and what is kept

| Analytics data (Firebase) | Deleted within 30 days of request; otherwise auto-deleted after 14 months. |
| Crash reports (Crashlytics) | Deleted within 30 days of request; otherwise auto-deleted after 90 days. |
| Support emails | Deleted within 30 days of request, unless required to be kept by law. |
| Purchase records | Held by Google Play, not by us. Records may be retained by Google as required for tax and legal purposes. |
4. Advertising ID
Advertising data is processed by Google AdMob. You can delete or reset your Advertising ID from your device Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID. This stops apps from using that ID for personalised ads.
